Barcelona needs to Change ?

Now Its time for Barcelona to Revolution

 Lionel Messi and Barcelona did terrific season of football. They won many title under Pep Guardiola guidelines. But now after big loss against Bayren Munich (2-8) in UEFA champion League quarter final. Barcelona also decided to change their head coach from Quique Setien to one of the best coach, who change the whole Barcelona club and bring back glory days of Barcelona in next season. Hope we accept someone like Zinedian Zidane or Pep Guardiola for seeing best Barcelona team the way it played from last 100 year.

Mentality of Barcelona’s Players

Mentality changes of many Barcelona players after loss against Liverpool in 2018-2019 UEFA champion league knockout stage and 2018-19 loss against Sevilla in la liga final. Many players loss their confidence after that defeat. More players think golden day of Barcelona over after these defeat. They lose their minds and control after that. They think only Lionel Messi can change the big matches and we only need to support him. This is not the way Barcelona played football for a long. Barcelona player need to understand that all the players can change the matches.

Everything depends on Messi or Suarez / Because of so much Pressure on Messi may effects on his Performance

From last two to three year Barcelona club depends only on its forward like Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez. They both carry Barcelona in their own.  But now others players not provides support to them. Without support of team mates they cannot create big chance and create goal. Even they both have very bad time or bad phases. They also have bad season. But they cannot be flop in more than one season. If they both become fail than other team mates carry team own their own, but this not happening from last two to three years. If they both are not available in team may be team loss that game or concede more goal. Without them other team mates can't be take carrying forward Barcelona team in big games or even against world class teams and in knock out stages. Other players need to improve their skills and need to take responsibility of team absence of them. Barcelona team has many experience players like Ivan Rakitić, Arthur Vidal, Sergio busquest, Gerard Pique, Jordi Alba. These players are with Barcelona from very long time. For better future of Barcelona these players need to improve their skills or Barcelona’s official's need to sold some players and buy some of new talented players. Barcelona must have to invest in young talent for great future of Barcelona

Lack of Strong Defense / Problems in Centre back, Full Back, Defensive Midfielder.

Except from Gerard Pique and Jordi Alba Barcelona don’t have enough good defenders in big games. Clement Lenget is good but he also need some support now. Gerard Pique led the Barcelona defense from last 10 years he was good but not enough now against new generation players. Somehow he is old now he can't take ball from opponent. He also not affected in knock out stages games. Gerard Pique also came under pressure in big games or against world class teams. Barcelona needs to sell their defender and buys new young defender for great future of Barcelona.

Strong in Home games but Trouble in Away games

            In home games means in Camp Nou Barcelona look strong. It’s difficult to defeat Barcelona at Camp Nou (Home Games). See this year’s records Barcelona wins most of the home matches. Barcelona also won so much away games, but that matches not even round of 16. They won most of the matches at home by clean shit. In away game they may be won against small team not against world class team like Liverpool FC, Real Madrid FC, Manchester City FC, Paris saint Germain FC, and Germain team Bayren Munich. Barcelona lost last year’s away match against Liverpool in UEFA champion league 2018-2019 quarter final.  Barcelona won at home game against Liverpool FC but after second leg they lost in away game. May be Barcelona not perform good in away matches. See these years UEFA champion League quarter final vs Bayren Munich, Barcelona lost by 6 goal and total full score (2 – 8) Goal in that match. That match played in Lisbon, Portugal. There was no second leg due to Covid-19 Pandemic. If there was second leg I bet Barcelona would have lost that away match, because they are not in the condition to play good quality of football, or not even had good team.

From last two year there are none players created big chance more than twice in big game rather than Lionel Messi

            See last two or three years Barcelona’s performance there were no uniqueness in performance. All players depend all Messi, they pass ball to Messi and He run through the post by defeating two or three defenders and create chance. All the goal of Messi created by him self or creates big Chance for someone else. Antonin Griezmann is not effective the way he used to play in Atletico Madrid. He was the key player for the Diego Simeone. But in Barcelona he only scores 17 goals in 45 Appearances. He also didn’t create big chance in most knock out matches. He was Messi who created most of the chance, scoring most goals, Provides most assists, Successfully Dribbles. 

    Messi has Goal per Game ration high than anyone in the team. Apart from this season Barcelona board now decide to take strike action for club and they also want to do some change in team. We hope they take right decisions and built a really good team with some new players and amazing head coach. This is the only way to bring back old glory days of Barcelona. Because they know Barcelona is the best football club, not only in the Spain but the entire world. Barcelona Secure its top Position once again because time changes and not every bad phase stay long ever. Barcelona will bounce back with 2 times stronger than ever and rule this Football world again.
