Problems
in Midfielder Position Players
Barcelona had great midfielder like Xavi and Iniesta, but now they are retired. Barcelona suffering from their blank space. Barcelona invests in Ivan Rakitić, Sergio Roberto, Sergio busquest, F de Jong, Arthur Vidal. Everyone knows these players are good but not great, they are good in their position but not involvement into big game. They didn't create big chance in major matches. They didn't succeed against big rivalry team like Real Madrid, Liverpool, Bayren Munich, and Juventus. They cannot fill the replacement of Xavi and Iniesta. They have been buy F de Jong last year but he is also not effective in big game. He still not represents his aura like he was in Ajax. But apart from f de Jong all the midfielder have good experience, they are also mature from their age. But don't know there are some communication errors or understanding error between midfielders or midfielders to forwards. Some of midfielder affective in big game and against big team. But now the way Barcelona's midfielder played game its seem like now it’s not possible or will not possible for very long time.
We admit that midfielders are key players for any teams but
the way Barcelona's midfielder’s plays it’s not enough. They can't get what
they want with these performances of midfielder. Barcelona knows for their
Tika-Taki tack ticks. Passing ball is most important thing in football,
Tika-Taki tack ticks is a strong point of Barcelona. But we all know Tika-Taki tack
ticks some point of gone with Xavi and Iniesta. The way Barcelona's now playing
is only improve with changing midfielders. We know some of us don't like it,
some of us want to stay it is but for a good start it has to be change. For
next 2020-2021 season for good starts midfielders of Barcelona need to change.
After all its all depends on how accurate you pass ball to your team mates,
without accurate ball passing there are no good game of football.
Problems
in Defense
Barcelona has defender like Nelson Seemed, Jordi Alba, Gerard Pique, Clement Lenget, Ronald Araujo, Junior Firpo, Samuel Umtiti, and Jorge Cuenca. We all know Spain's defenders are best in the world whether it was Puyol or currently Sergio Ramos and Gerard Pique. Barcelona captain Puyol managed Barcelona from behind very well at his era Barcelona was at peak of football, after Puyol retirement there were no effective center back defense for Barcelona. Gerard Pique and Jordi Alba there for Barcelona defense for sure. There are also good players in national team or with Barcelona. But the way Gerard Pique and Jordi alba was playing in Puyol, Xavi and Iniesta’s era, there is something missing now you know somewhere, somehow they cannot manage to defend Barcelona against big team. They failed in UEFA champion League, la liga and Copa del Rio.
They cannot manage to create their impression in big
game and against high level team. They are also not affected in knock out stage
of UEFA champion League and league matches. Barcelona defense suffer same as
its midfielders playmakers problems. Barcelona has young gun Samuel Umtiti, but
he is suffer from lots of injury. His absence affects Barcelona most in big
game and against the world class teams or big game and knockout matches. Apart
from that Clement Lenget doing well with Barcelona in home matches and Away
matches. Barcelona has many young defenders but they haven't such experience
like Gerard Pique and Jordi Alba. So for winning title and UEFA champion League
defense portion of Barcelona also need to improve.
Goalkeeper
in Trouble
Barcelona has world class team’s German goalkeeper Marc-André Ter Stegen, Neto, Inaka Pena sotorres. Ter Stegen is good goalkeeper not only for his national team but for Barcelona team too. He is with Barcelona from very long time. He was there with good phase of Barcelona and also there in their bad phase. He knows what is good for Barcelona and which things need to improve. He won everything with Barcelona team but now its seem like he not enjoy the game very well. The way he keeps the goal area in last four year now become difficult for him. Things become difficult for Ter Stegen now. He didn't perform well against big team. He didn't stop the goal in big game against big team. He also came into performance pressure against big game or against world class teams. Ter Stegen came under pressure after opponents lead by two or three goal in first half time. Yesterday in quarter final of UEFA champion league he concede 8 goal against German team Bayren Munich which is so disappointed for all Barcelona fan. Due to that match Barcelona came out of UEFA champion league 2019-2020 seasons.
He also concede 4 goal against away match with Liverpool in UEFA champion
League knock out stage in 2019-2019 season, which is so disappointing season
for him and all Barcelona fans. For great future he also needs to improve. He
also need to aware and build confidence in knock out stages matches and also
need to handle pressure when opponent team lead by two or three goal in half
time. He is also responsible for all the losss of away games of Barcelona in
knock out stages.
Coaching
Problem / Wrong Coach
Barcelona board change their head coach or manager after the disappointed loss against Liverpool in last year UEFA champion league knockout stage match. Barcelona sacked Ernesto Valverde from his head coach position after the big loss against Liverpool in 2018 - 2019 UEFA champion League match. He was not so much affecting in knockout matches for Barcelona. So he changed their head coach to Quique Setien in January 2020. He took place of Ernesto Valverde. But he is still not good or we can say affective for Barcelona.
You know you have player like Lionel Messi so you to
think big and different as a head coach so you need to be like Zinedian Zidane
or Pep Guardiola. If you are head coach of World class team and world class
player like Lionel Messi than you need to have best coach in the world for
managing best footballer in the world. In Pep Guardiola era, when he was
Barcelona coach (2008 to 2012), Barcelona was its peak at that time. Pep Guardiola
and Messi did magic on the field. Also Lionel Messi and Pep Guardiola duo known
as the best coach and player duo on the football world, or even history.
