DIFFERENT TYPES OF PROBLEM WHILE FACING INTERVIEW

PEOPLE FEEL SCARY

            If people have excellent knowledge about their field but while facing interview if they scare about what future situation like, which type question interviewer will ask, will it be hard or easy, can I face this interview, should I ready for this, Should I capable to handle this job, Will I be fail, Will I be pass, what will I do if I will get rejection, what will I do if I get this job, these types of question make people scary, If they feel scar they cannot be able to give their 100 % for that interview. If someone capable for job and he know he also will pass this interview and get this job but if he has no defense against his scare than it would be not preferable situation for him. So be confident and earn control on your scare.

LACK OF CONFIDENCE

            Many people have this problem. Sometime while facing interview, interviewer create pressure on you to know your capability. If you are honest enough and confident enough then you will be perfect contender for their job, but sometime people have this problem permanently. They are not feel confident in every critical situation. They also face confident in every situation whether it is an interview or something else. If one someone face interview who has lack of confidence, either before interview or while facing interview that will be not giving himself into interview process and not represents himself in front of interviewer even if he is perfect candidate for that job. In that case his entire knowledge about that field will be not enough or stay behind your lack of confidence.  

OVER CONFIDENCE

             Over confidence also not useful while facing Interview, because people who take your interview are two time smarter than you. Well if you thinking I am perfect for this job and able to beat all the candidates that is your over confidence. You don’t know what other people capable of. If interviewers ask you a few question to you, so give them answers only in limited words, only give answers about what they ask and which type of answer they want. Sometime many interviewers ask you very complicated question to you and want to know how you can handle this situation, so first of all understand their question and give them answer in short term, you never know if they want to confuse you. So these types of condition stay confidence not in over confidence. Give them only what they want not even more or less.    

OVER EXCITED

            Some people become over excited before interview. Sometime become over excited while facing interview. Over excitation make you less capable. Over excitation may occur due to facing first time interview or you decide you are the one which type of employ company want. But in that case your over excitation make you nervous in in desirable situation. If have enogt knowledge about your field and you are capable to get that job but if you become over excited than it will directly effect on your performance. You cannot presents yourself perfectly to the interviewers, and you get rejected. Sometimes over excitation may help you to get a job or success in interview process, because interviewers see you are excited to work with us and you have very good knowledge about our work than it will directly helpful to give you advantages to get that job.

GET CONFUSED

            Sometime people might get confused about is this job type of job perfect for me, this is my type of job, I am perfect fo this, should I go for interview, should I wait for their call, Should I call him, confused between two answer, don’t know what to say about yourself, don’t know what your hobbies, what they think, should I answer this question, should I correct them, should I interrupt them, am I giving right answer, confuse in answer, not understand language of interviewer, not understand question, confused between two answer. In these types of situation people become confused. Interviewer ask you random question like out of the field only for check you how capable you are, and confirm you become confused or represents yourself.

FEELING STRESS

While facing interview or before interview lots of people feel stress. People feel stress not only because failure but, which type question interviewer will ask, will it be hard or easy, can I face this interview, should I ready for this, Should I capable to handle this job, Will I be fail, Will I be pass, what will I do if I will get rejection, what will I do if I will get rejection. Stress make you uncomfortable, imperfect, produce lack of confidence, built pressure on you, thinking about rejection. Even you are 100 % capable and perfect for that job go for interview and you feel stress it will directly effect on your performance or even you get rejection. So before facing interview don’t feel stress, be free enjoy surrounding people, enjoy process, don’t thing about rejection, don’t think about future goal all you need is just fell relax and prepare yourself for represents yourself to the interviewers.

CURIOUS ABOUT LOOK

Sometime people only think about his/her look like how they look, how they dressed, if they wearing perfect dress according to this job interview, they will like it or not, I will get reject according to my dress, should I change it. These types of unnecessary question make you uncomfortable while go for interview. Sometime people become so curious about their dress code or clothes. Obviously there are requirement of dress code for interview, you need to wear formal clothes but there are no necessary about looking good. If you are good enough for that job and your knowledge is quite good and interviewers impress with your performance so they will ignore how you look or hoe you dressed matter of fact almost all the job requirement depend upon how you perfume how your knowledge about field is. So look effect on your interview process only 5 % not more than that. If you are capable for that job and you have enough knowledge than for sure look doesn’t even matter.
