Doctors give you medicine that effects directly on your digestive system and makes it good. But if you do core exercises at the gym or home at least 10 minutes its will directly affect your digestive system.

Core exercises maintain your digestive system. Even when you do only core related exercise you feel it. All digestive system failure occurs when you don't give any movement to your belly and don't do any exercise-related belly.

 

GIVES YOUA BALANCE

Core exercises give you a balance. It depends on which types of exercise you do. In all types of exercise, balance is another most important factor, like you do squat, all the pressure comes on your lower back when you are not perfectly doing it and it will badly affect your body.

But when your core is strong enough to manage those types of pressure, so it will be very helpful. Some of the strength comes from your core structure when you do deadlift. A strong core helps you to develop your upper and lower body structures.

 Balance body only called when you manage your whole body workout routine perfectly, and a perfect workout routine includes tough core exercises. It's not good to do core exercises every day, take one day rest after two days of core exercises, because avoid too-much ness of everything. Beyond limit's core exercises has its disadvantages.
