HOW TO APPLY ONLINE APPLICATION OF DRIVING LICENSE ON SARTHI IN GUJARAT(SADAK PARIVAHAN)

 

ONLINE APPLICATION FOR DRIVING LICENCE / ONLINE APPLICATION / HOW TO APPLY

Step 1: Select the State From where the service to be taken

-           Select your State

GUJARAT

Step 2: After selecting State there will be a huge window open which includes all the services include in Sarthi Portal

If you want to open a new account / New driving license / for new application / for new Driving License

-           Click on APPLY ONLINE  

Step 3: After applying online there will be a new window open, which are include all the new application service available in Sarthi portal for a new application. 

If you want to make New Learning License or if any case you have learning license and want to make a new driving license, there are two different option available. This is your first time; you never made your learning license from any state than simply click on First option

-          New Learning License

If you have Learning license and you want to make driving license then click on 

-          New Driving License 

Step 4: After selecting the New Learning License option there will be a new window open, which includes, Stages in online application submission in generation learning license and driving license.

Check out all the option. Check out all the stages, prepare required documents; Remind all the stages before the process to continue.  

1. Fill Application details of learning license
2. Upload necessary documents image and details
3. Upload your latest photo and latest signature (for conformation)
4. Select learning license slot for online exam
5. Digital fee payments
6. Check your fee status
7. Download your receipt and your application form

These are necessary Process require appearing in Learning License Exam. 

- Click on Continue for further process.

Step 5: After continuing all the stages or check out all the stages there will be another window open, which includes the primary date for your eligibility

First, you have to select your choice whether are you Refugees / Foreigners / Diplomat

-          Diplomat (Foreigner)

-          Repatriate

-          Refugees

-          Foreigner but not diplomat

-          Ex-Serviceman

-          Physically Challenged

You don’t have to select any of this option if you are not right contender from these options

Below that you to Select your district. In which district you want to appear for the exam. District selection depends on your documents address, your current address.

Likewise, we select here Surat

-          Surat – GJ 05 

After selecting District all the available camp option come in the window, these camp options depends upon the different district.

You have to make sure in which camp you want to submit your document and go for Learning License exam. This selection depends on your availability and nearby option.

For new (Fresh) Learning License you have to select ITS’S or Camp only no need to go in official RTO office

-          Select your nearby camp  

Click Submit

Step 6: After submitting your nearby camp there will be a new window open which includes Mobile number and one time password

You have to submit your live mobile number for that process, Mobile number require for a confirmation message. They will inform you via message when your turn for Learning License will come. This Process necessary for Authentication with E- KYC.

-          Submit you correct mobile Number

-          Submit you One-time Password

After successfully submitting password click on Authenticate with Sarthi.

Step 7: After selecting your Authenticate, there will be another window open which includes all your application data submitting process. This window consider as a main window.

This form includes all the data that require for your conformation your process. This data useful for you legal information for appear you in learning license exam.

- RTO Office: Select Your District RTO’s Office

- Pin code: Submit your region pin code

- Personal Details: Submit your details, all the details are shown below

- Name of Applicant

-          Relation of Applicant

3. Last Name

-          Full name as per Records: Full name as per Adhar Card, Pan Card, Voting Card, Passport.

Gender: Select your Gender

1. Male
2. Female
3. Other

- Date of Birth: Fill up your date of birth

- Current Age: Your current age

- Place of Birth: Your place of birth in India

- Country of Birth: Country of Birth

- Qualification: Qualification of your education

- Blood Group: Blood group mandatory in case of any emergency

- Phone Number: Phone number, the same as which is submitted at Authentication. 

- Email ID: Your Email id in case of any query 

- Mobile Number

- Emergency Mobile Number: Emergency mobile Number for alternative use.

- Identification Mark on your body: In case of Emergency

-  Address

Step 7- Select Class of Vehicle

Selection of Class of Vehicle depends on which type of vehicle’s driving license you want like, Bus, Truck, Car, Motorcycle with Gear, Motorcycle without Gear.

If you want to purchase a driving license with gear than kindly select (MCWG). There are too many options available for a different type of vehicle makes sure you’re driving license vehicle type before selecting this option. You can select multiple options if you want to purchase more than one types of vehicles driving license, but you have to pay more for every option. Each type of class of vehicle has its charge that you have to pay them.

           After Selecting this Option you have to check terms and condition for further process and click on submit. 

Step 8: After applying, you get your application registration number via message. You also get an email from an official. 

Step 9: When you get your application number and password then the next process is to upload your document

-          Identification Proof: Adhar card, Voting Card, Passport, Pan card

-          Address Proof: Electricity Bill, Property Tax bill, Adhar card

-          Qualification Proof: Degree Certificate, 10th pass result, School leaving certificate.

-          CMV form 1

You also fill the data of all the documents like Proof’s issue date, Proof number, and name of certificate number. Then click on the submit button. You can change your certificate number and proof while officials reject you in any reason.

Step 10: After submitting this process, there will be the next window open which includes your signature and your passport size photo.

1.      Submit your signature picture 

2.      Submit your Passport size picture

Click on submit button after that. 

Step 11: After submitting your signature and Photo, there will be another window open which is for learning license slot booking.

           You can choose your learning license slot as per your available date and time.You can appear in the learning license exam only on selected slots.

Step 12: After slot booking, you have to pay fees for this process

- You can pay via any digital medium, all your payment status process under safe terms and condition. In any case of any payment, an error occurs than payment charge will come back to your account in next 3-6 working days.

Step 13: Download Application form, and print it

Note: You can after CMV form after downloading your application form, because CMV form 1 includes in your application form, After print, you can fill your data in Form1 and upload it on CMV form 1 bar. You can appear in the learning license exam only on your slot day.

           If you pass in learning license exam next step will choose your driving license slot after one month of purchasing of learning license. You can track your application process on Sarthi website any time via Application number and Password or OTP.
