            First thing you need to understand which type of product you want to sell on online platform, whether it is mobile phone, mobile accessories, home appliances, Auto mobile parts, Daily useful lifestyle product, Electronic items, Handmade handicrafts, Books, Cosmetic Product, Lifestyle equipment.

            First of all you need to figure it out which type of product you want to sell. If you have company and you manufacture your own product in that case you have better advantage or having chance to get success in online selling in   to sell your product, If you sell another company’s product and same company have many online seller in that case market competitions   become high, due to competitions you sell your product at minimum profit margin that will be no good condition for you.

            So first all find or make a product which has its own unique feature, very useful in daily life, good material, easy to handle, parts material available in market, god construction, attractive look, long life, better energy saving if (require external power), easy maintenance. If your product have these qualities it will be good for you to sell it online. If you have half of these quality so you make sure that in future you will update your product and add some extra feature or choose product which have acceptable extra feature in future. If you decide to make your own product so make sure these qualities does contain your product or design your product with respect to the market utilities with good feature and best quality with very good amount of revenue. Estimate your product life and define its living life and amount of profits you will get in future.

            If you have very good product but it’s not your own product or product manufacture by any other company, and you want to sell it to online platform. So make sure that product and idealized it with unique product if its good enough and that manufacturer’s company is honest enough so first you have to buy copy rights or share of that company. Make good deal with company that include reasonable amount per item, good service, future expansion, better profit margin, and surety about to not sell product to another buyer without conformation. If you buy big stock than in result you will get very good margin of compensation. Before conformation deal you need to understand how this product made, where was it made, home many time require to make one item, material require, future expansion, size and labels, minimum making cost. Its process should be easy to make, so when you need big stock you can get it in minimum time. Every detail that require in product description, first you need to understand it then and then you can convince people to buy your product. You need to aware product’s market condition. If same product manufacture by other company so select a company which has best response.

Choose best online platform

            In which platform you want to sell your product. First you need to understand its policy, Analysis whether company has good platform, Better service provider, best response, percentage ratio of selling prize, feedback system, delivering time, Quick response, profit margin, product display timing, people having good response about that platform, payment method, user friendly, easy to access, protected platform. Which platforms you select make sure that company has protection against cyber crime. Your data will be stay protected and there will no possibility of leakage your data

Management skill

            Management skill is most important skill in any of the business, whether you doing marketing selling your product online or having production unit. Understand market condition and make sure which type of product people want, at which prize, select rate of selling and profit margin. State and estimate future expansion and market condition and evaluate products feature that compete with another product also implement in future. For understanding which type of feature want people in future and which product will come in demand in future you need to understand market condition and value. Take care of your inlet and outlet flow. Estimate how much benefits you get in one stock or in one year. Make a report on selling, buying, profit, and loss for certain period of time. Estimate how much money takes a product in future for evaluation and implement. If in future implement will become difficult because many reason, we don’t know what condition of market in future. While implementation of feature in future, buying prize become more than actual and your selling prize might be same then you need to aware about your selling prize, profit margin, return rate and business model. Invest your time in product marketing and aware people about your product’s features.
