Why Engineers are misguided towards GATE

Why Engineers are misguided towards GATE

GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test In Engineering which is officially termed for admission test to be admitted in Masters after completion of graduation. Nowadays teachers as well as the training institutions for GATE are grooming the students in a way that they have to prepare for this to get jobs in PSUs. Many times GATE had announced that this examination is not for taking jobs or cracking GATE you will be admitted to PSU's.

PSU's claims that the GATE marks can be considered as a preference to get admitted into there companies but the processes will be the same they also have to go through the written, group discussion as well as the personal interview then the selection will be confirmed.

Forcing  students to appear for GATE to get jobs nowadays has become a burden for them by the teachers and institutions and earning money from students.
