The answer is Yes. If you see in the last 12 years of IPL's career you find out that in the current Indian cricket team squad almost half players got selected by IPL Performance.

 If youngsters perform well in the IPL then they will directly get a chance to perform in the national team if any place available for them or suitable position available in the squad or he could replace to the injured player.

Currently in Indian national cricket team players who selected from IPL's Performance are Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Deepak Chahar, Krunal Pandya, Rishabh Pant, Shreyas Iyer, Sanju Samson, Washington Sundar, Khaleel Ahmed, Mohammad Siraj, Navdeep Saini and many more.

These are the players who got a chance after they performed well in the IPL two or more season. IPL Started in 2008 and from all around India, different IPL franchises found so talented players from different places.

Different franchises selected players back in 2008 because they playing cricket for the last 3 years or more.

At the beginning of IPL, franchises didn't find any unknown names that are never played cricket at the International platform but they selected players in between who are played more than 2 years in international cricket or played in under-19 world cup or even member of under-19 cricket squad.

At the beginning of IPL all around the world talented overseas players bought at a very high price because they wanted to make IPL famous not only India but other countries too, that's why they selected many overseas players in 2008.

Different franchises bid High prices on overseas players and young Indian players too because they somehow knew that these players will become great players in the future.

That's true some of the players failed to perform well from that 2008 IPL selection and some of the players still available and playing in IPL and the national team like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Ravindra Jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin, Manish Pandey, Shikhar Dhawan.

Also, some of the players retired from all the international cricket like Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Harbhajan Singh, and others.

Players who are 30 plus age and still playing in the national cricket team of India, then they are not selected by their performance in IPL but they are genuinely talented and skilled players and able to manage their fitness.

Players who are below 30 ages and playing the National team, these are the players who got selected from the performance of IPL. Now we are discussing young players and their cricket performance in IPL.

 Now IPL is running and we are watching young players' performance. Young players of India performing very well in this year's IPL season.

The reason behind that in lockdown they trained themselves and utilized the time. Young player’s nit just only selected by IPL franchises because of their performance but it depends on their fitness, skills, and talent.

India's young players are performing well in the IPL are not only because if they are talented but also they get counseled by the great Indian cricket team's former batsman Rahul Dravid.

Rahul Dravid is the coach of India under 19 cricket team and he also selects young players in the squad from the different places of India.

Rahul Dravid guides them, train them, give them Perfect coaching, and teach them to perform in a different situation. Rahul Dravid teaches different lessons to different players according to their abilities and skills.

Many players earn money from IPL more than playing in the national team. Players earn money per year in IPL more than the salary of the national cricket team.

That's why all around the world prefer IPL. So IPL is all set to give them a platform on which they perform against great players around the world as well with the greatest players in the world and also help them financial growth.
