After exercise, your whole day you feel energetic and happy. Of course, it's hurt at the beginning but once you start, later it becomes your habits

DRINK 3-4 GLASS OF WARM WATER

Drinking water in the early morning helps you to increase your metabolism. In all-night almost 8 hours your body is exhausted without water and food, but early in the morning you avoid food right, that's why water helps you to maintain your liquid level of the body.

Also drinking water early in the morning help you to maintain your digestive system. Your body needs at least 20 glasses of water at least in the day if you are an adult.

 That's mean you drink almost 20 glass of water in the day, period of day we calculate around 15 hours.

So you drink 20 glass of water in between 15 hours of the period but after that, another 9 hours when you sleep your body also needs water right?  That’s why star your day after waking up from the day begins with tons of water.

Warm water maintains your body temperature and adjusts easily with your inner body temperature, apart from that child water also has the same benefits as warm water except required more time to maintain your body temperature.

Child water takes extra time to adjust to your body temperature. That's why all recognize doctors and health specialists prefer warm water rather than child water early in the morning.

MAKE YOUR DAILY ROUTINE PLAN

Making your daily routine plan early in the morning gives you a quick overview of what will you do today.

If you go in the office and you don't know what to do today, and how much work I need to do and how many projects I have to complete today, so that day might be another worst day of your life. Without a Plan, your process will never end peacefully.

That's why successful people make their day plans early in the morning and follow it throughout the day. When you wake up from the bad lots of things happening in the mind and maybe you can't figure it out.

 For just living your life you don't need any plans and process. In between what to do and what don't do, it's a better option to write on the page, and analysis on it that these things will be done by me, and on this manner.

 Making your day plans helps you to complete your work with minimum time and it provide flexibility and linearity in terms of the Workload process.
